The Megalithic peoples of the far West of Europe, at least prior to 3,500 BC had an astounding knowledge of the Earth and the part it plays within the solar system. They knew the circumference of the Earth every bit as well as we know it now. In addition they measured time, space and distance using exactly the same number bases in each case and therefore pre-empted the present quest to find the 'Unifying Force'. They were expert mathematicians, understood Euclidian geometry and excelled in astronomy. They almost certainly defined the zodiac and perfected a form of geometry that predated our present, far less sensible system. And all of this was achieved many centuries before any known world 'civilisation' even existed.

Dear Laura Many thanks once again for allowing me to be on your show. I enjoyed myself very much. With regard to the picture I mentioned I've attached it to the end of this email. I have no idea where this is, or indeed what it might be, but maybe one of your listeners has seen the picture before. For some reason I think it could be in Central America, or even in the States somewhere. I don't think it's very old for several reasons, but I don't want to mislead anyone because I could be wrong. If you get any response I would be pleased to hear. What I do think it represents is the path of the Sky God on his annual 'get together' with the Earth Goddess.
